Accessibility Statement

Merkosi is a space built for real people, and that means all people. We're committed to making sure everyone can browse, discover, and shop here comfortably, regardless of ability or how they navigate the web.

What We're Working Toward

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the recognized standard for accessible websites. In practice, that means:

• Every meaningful image has descriptive alt text so screen readers can describe what's there
• You can move through the entire site using just a keyboard
• Our page structure uses clear, logical headings
• Our checkout is designed to work with assistive technologies

We're a small team, and accessibility is something we take seriously because an oasis for real people should genuinely be for everyone.

Still Improving

We won't pretend we've got it all figured out. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one time fix. We regularly review the site and make improvements as we find them.
