At Merkosi, every order is fulfilled by an independent creator, someone who designed and stands behind what you're buying. That means shipping timelines aren't one-size-fits-all, and we think that's worth being upfront about.

Estimated Timelines Production and shipping timelines vary by product and creator. You'll find the estimated timeframe listed on each product page before you buy. Please review it carefully, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

Tracking All orders ship with a valid tracking number. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Signature Confirmation Orders over $150 require signature confirmation at delivery. This is for your protection as much as ours.

Domestic Shipping Only Merkosi currently ships within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future.

Carrier Delays Once an order leaves a creator's hands, it's in the carrier's. We aren't able to control carrier delays, but we'll always do our best to help you track things down.
