Merkosi Creator Standards

Merkosi is a curated marketplace built for real work made by real people.
To keep discovery clean and meaningful, we operate with intentional structure.

1. Original Work Only

• Products must be original work.
• Dropshipping is not permitted.
• AI-generated listings or imagery that misrepresent the product are not permitted.

2. Depth Over Volume

• Creators begin with up to 15 live products.
• Catalog expansion is reviewed and earned over time.
• Variations (size, color, material) must be handled within a single listing where possible.
• Duplicate listings created for search exposure may be removed.

3. Accurate Listings

• Every listing must clearly state:
• Materials
• Sizing guidance
• Production time
• What is included
• Any important care instructions
• If something is unclear, we may request revisions before approval.

4. Shipping Standards

• Valid tracking is required for all orders.
• Orders over $150 require signature confirmation.
• Production times must be accurate and realistic.

5. Returns

• 14-day return window (unless custom/final sale noted).
• Custom and made-to-order items are final sale unless defective or not as described.
• Evidence may be required for damaged or defective claims.

Merkosi reserves the right to review listings, limit catalog size, and protect platform quality when necessary.
