I confirm my listings and product images represent original, human-made work (no dropshipping; no AI-generated listings/images). I agree to be transparent about materials, sourcing, and production. I can provide clear production times and ship with valid tracking. I understand orders $150+ require signature confirmation. I agree to Merkosi’s marketplace policies (returns/refunds, disputes, and payout holds) and understand Merkosi may review return requests to keep things fair.
